Fats – butter, coconut oil, palm oil, extra virgin olive oil, tallow, lard
Meat/Protein – grass fed beef, pastured poultry and pork, eggs, wild caught seafood, beans, lentils, nuts
Dairy – full fat cow’s or goat’s milk (raw if possible, else non-homo, NOT utltra-pastuerized), yogurt, kefir, buttermilk, cheese
Vegetables – variety of organic vegetables, eaten in combination with a source of fat for absorption
Fruit – variety of organic fruit
Grains – soaked, fermented or sourdough; gluten free if you are sensitive
Avoid all vegetable oils (canola, safflower, sunflower, soybean, peanut, grapeseed), chemicals, food coloring, flavorings, preservatives, soy, msg, GMOs
Avoid refined white sugar/powdered sugar/agave nectar (use real maple syrup, raw honey or pure cane sugar)
Avoid the use of all health and beauty products containing parabens and sulphates.
Avoid the use of plastics containing BPA.
Avoid heating food in plastic or storing hot food in plastic. It can leach pthalates into your food. Do not wash plastic containers in the dishwasher.
Avoid using the microwave.
