What is the HTMA Family Plan?
This is a discounted HTMA program that allows you to add multiple immediate family members. The more people you add, the more you save! This is open to both adults and children (must include at least one child to participate). You still receive an individual HTMA and protocol with a recorded consult, but we will not meet 1:1.
What is Included in the program?
Each client will receive:
- Nutritional Assessment
- HTMA (hair tissue mineral analysis)
- Detailed HTMA Report
- Personalized HTMA video consult explaining the results
- Bio-individual protocol with discounted supplement recommendations where needed.
- 6-module video course to help you understand the HTMA and your results more completely (the course is for the whole family).
- TBD Bonus module.
What does the course cover?
The course includes six modules related to HTMA and foundational health.
- Module 1 – What is HTMA, significant ratios, oxidation types
- Module 2 – Sodium and potassium – vitality and lifestyle
- Module 3 – Sodium and magnesium – adrenal functon
- Module 4 – Calcium and magnesium – blood sugar regulation
- Module 5 – Hydration
- Module 6 – Digestion, detox, and elmination

How Much Does it Cost?
Currently a single session 1:1 HTMA program costs $399. The HTMA Family Plan has a base cost of $499 (for one person) and an additional cost of $179 per person added.
- For two family members: $499 + $179 = $678 vs $798 (save over $100!)
- For three family members: $499 + $179 + $179 = $857 vs $1197 (save over $300!)
- For four family members: $499 + $179 + $179 + $179 = $1036 vs $1596 (save over $550!)
When Does Enrollment Begin?
The HTMA Family Plan is only offered a few times/year and has limited space.
The next open enrollment will begin in the fall of 2024.
Is 1:1 a Better Option?
This is a question you must answer for yourself. With the traditional 1:1 approach, you get two 30-minute consults with me directly to go over forms/results and talk through your protocol. However, if you are testing more than one family member it will cost more. Also, the Family Plan will give more foundational knowledge, whereas the 1:1 consult focuses solely on your results. The Family Plan also allows you to rewatch your consult and the modules to take in all of the information more fully. No scheduling consults. Do it on your schedule
What if I’ve Already Done HTMA?
If you have already utilized HTMA in the past (whether with me or with another practitioner), you may still participate in the HTMA Family Plan. Just make sure I am aware that it is a retest vs. an initial test as they are interpreted differently.
