For Valentine’s Day yesterday my daughter and I baked a cake for my husband. It is a cake he grew up eating (I got the recipe from my MIL). It sure does taste good!
It’s like a combination of cake, fudge and pudding all in one. Top it with whipped cream or ice cream and you’ve got quite a treat. It is very easy to make too. This is a great cake option for anyone that can’t eat eggs.

Hi Mary!
Have you ever made this in a larger size?
I haven’t, Sara. But I don’t see why it wouldn’t work. I haven’t made this in a while. I should. It’s SO good.
I am thinking Kevin would love this (Carson too)… I may make it for Kevin’s bday.
I bet they will! Let me know how it turns out.
