I also made crispy pistachios this week. Yum!!! Same method as usual
Crispy Pistachios
4 cups raw pistachios
1 Tbsp. unrefined sea salt
filtered water
Soak nuts in salted water for at least 7 hours. Drain. Dry in dehydrator or oven set to 150 for 12 – 24 hours.
Did you buy your pistachios shelled? I have thought about doing pistachios in the past, but have only seen the raw ones in the shells. I love pistachios, though! Yum!
They were raw and shelled. Score!
